Rule 27
Proceedings in connection with the case against the Government of Nepal

(1) In a case before the Government of Nepal or in a case to be filed on behalf of the Government of Nepal, the relevant departmental head or head of office shall take the necessary legal advice from the relevant government lawyer before filing a complaint, counter-response or written answer, with the said case. Collecting related documents and evidences and filing or submitting them yourself, and if you need to file or submit them from the government attorney, then you must file or submit them from the relevant government attorney.
(2) The case filed according to sub-section (1) should be sent to the relevant public prosecutor's office for defense along with the necessary documents.
(3) In case of a complaint or complaint against any government employee in relation to government work, after completing the procedure according to Rule 25, the departmental head shall request and send a defense on behalf of such employee. (4) When sending a written defense in a case under sub-rules (2) and (3), the related missile documents must also be sent intact and if the case is affected due to failure to send documents from time to time by the relevant officer or official, the relevant departmental head must be informed about it.
